What is your MOQ for custom umbrellas?

Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces. We also run a one-piece customization program with no minimum order, which is useful for sampling or single-gift orders before you commit to a bulk run. Ask us for the MOQ per design and per colourway, since they can differ.

Can you print our logo or artwork on the umbrella?

Yes. Send us your design or logo and we produce a free digital mockup with no commitment. OEM/ODM production starts after you approve the artwork, and the production time is confirmed in your quotation based on quantity and customisation.

Which canopy fabrics and frames do you offer?

Canopies: 190T Pongee (dense, matte, prints well), standard polyester (budget giveaways), rPET recycled polyester (eco and ESG campaigns), and black vinyl or coated anti-UV fabric for UPF50+ sun protection. Frames: steel (cost-effective), fiberglass (flexible and near-unbreakable, used in our premium golf umbrellas), and carbon fiber (ultra-light executive gifts). Canopy sizes run from 48 cm to 140 cm.

What are your production and shipping lead times?

Production: 3-5 working days on average; custom OEM/ODM orders start after artwork approval and the exact time is confirmed in your quotation. Shipping: 7-10 business days for express or air; bulk wholesale orders ship by sea freight (FOB or DDP) with transit depending on the destination port.

Which certifications and test reports do you provide?

REACH test report covering 253 SVHC substances (Model TQT1336B61E), RoHS compliance report and English RoHS certificate (Models TQT1336B77E and TQT1336B77EC), and ISO quality management certification. We also publish test reports for water repellency, wind resistance and UV blocking, plus our own rain-repellent and nano-coating test videos.
