Refund & Return Policy 1. Custom Orders All custom logo and personalized umbrella orders are non-refundable and non-returnable after production starts, because customized products cannot be resold. 2. Defective Products If there are quality problems, production errors or obvious defects caused by us, we will provide free re-production, replacement or partial refund after confirmation. 3. Non-Custom Stock Orders For non-custom in-stock items, customers can apply for return within 7 working days after receiving the goods. The goods must be kept unused and in original packaging. Return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer. 4. Application Process Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to apply for return or refund. We will reply and handle your application within 24 hours. 5. Final Right We reserve the final right to judge product quality, return and refund applications under reasonable international trade rules.
