Shipping Policy 1. Shipping Scope We ship worldwide to most countries and regions, including North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East and other business markets. 2. Shipping Method We support sea freight, air freight, express delivery such as FedEx, DHL and UPS. The shipping method will be confirmed according to order quantity and customer requirements. 3. Production & Lead Time Stock items will be arranged for shipment within 3–7 working days. Custom logo orders usually take 15–25 working days depending on quantity and customization process. 4. Shipping Time International delivery time is affected by flight schedule, sea schedule, customs clearance and local logistics. We will track the shipment and provide tracking number in time. 5. Customs & Import Duty Import tax, customs duty and local clearance fees shall be borne by the buyer. We can provide relevant customs documents to support smooth clearance. 6. Shipping Loss & Damage We strictly inspect goods before shipment. If damage or loss occurs during transportation, we will assist customers to claim compensation from the logistics company.
