All orders are considered final once production or shipping has begun.

Returns & Refunds

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items with quality defects (e.g. broken ribs, torn fabric, printing errors).

No returns or refunds for change of mind, change size, color differences on different screens, or custom orders.

Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the defect.

Non-Refundable Situations

Custom printed logos, personalized designs, and bulk wholesale orders.

Orders where tracking shows delivered but buyer claims non-receipt without evidence.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days and returned to the original payment method.
